Don't get me wrong but the kid is good, takes it to the whole strong would like to see him dunk it it instead of laying up....he has a nice stroke frm three and can rise on his jumpers, oh and is fast on the break bit its a team game and he can't do it all....kid is better than a lot of high school players though

The kid is good.......I don't think as good as Aaron O and Steve G were when they were in 8th grade, remember he should be in 9th. You gotta hand it to the kid he's really worked hard! I think you have to give credit to his pops for spending countless time and money and mind you his dad has given several kids opportunities at playing out of the valley. Still alot of years for him to continue improving and I'm sure he will!!!

This ain't no pissing contest...I just stated my opinion! Now will Jesse be better than anyone of those players mentioned? I think so..... just merely cause those other boys did'nt have the funds or their parents did'nt have the whatever you wanna call it to take them up north. Now I gave credit where credit was or is due so you don't have to get your panties in a wad! LOL What lunch?

I totally agree with you, maybe I was out of line by comparing anyone. But talent can develop with a little money and a combination of TALENT,HARD WORK, and OPPORTUNITY gets you to where he's at! And I commend both of them for that........that's all.

Jammer,,, not Jammn you up here,,,,, I feel your good intent,,,,, and we are close with those boy,s they Good people and great players,,,,Ok on the Elite natl,,, Secene if your not from the metropolitan area,,,, that whatever Corp sponsor program your tryn to run with ??? and if your not already a natl Hot commodity,,,,, It like winning the lot ! You see the Organization dont want you cause they got their own players who they been grooming sense 8u,,,,, LOL,,, but its True ! You can not be as good ! you can not be better than! you got tobe so far above what they already got that they will even let you suite Up and ride the pine,,,,,,,, and that is heartbreaking to the player ,parent, and everybody envoled with the athlete....... IT AINT FAIR !!! But such is life ! So scraping up enough coins from the sofa to get out of town each wk is the easyest part ! The player has to learn how to preform on a dime cold off the bench,,, even if it,s Kicking the Field Goal w 30 sec left,,, he gotta shine !!!! and he gotta do it everytime,,,,,, the pressure on the The Players Shoulders is intense !!! Vertiually No out of Towners make it through it cause its So against them,,,,, ok But for the one that does get through it he has to continue to excell far ahead of the Pack , because the pack is theys boys and your boy,s the Mexican from Dwn So. LOL,,,,,, but you do deal with alot of stuff,,,,, Ok Jesse, played Mcallen, then asked to play 4 Laredo, then asked to play for Austin, then asked to play 4 dallas Team, then askdto play for Houston ,then asked to play 4 Another Dallas Team and then was asked to [play 4 Both Dallas and Htown Teams,,,,, both back to back Natl champ,s,,,,,, It really takes more get up and go than money, i mean when your sleepen in the park with ballony sandwiches and Koolaid to drink,,,, and look at all the Pimps and Ose in the ward at 3am,,,,and hopen you dont got Kick or kill someones _ss sos they dont bother with your family! LOL after 5 or 6 trips like that and the player gettn no playen Time,,,,,,,, Then it,s Gut Ck time ! DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES !!! Jesse was fortunate,,,,, he made it through and just keept going, he never complain and never back Dwn,,,,, He Made them respect Him and then he made them need him ! and then he made them have to have him on the court 32 min to Win ! since then Doors have opened up for him,,,,, ones that he,s seen from others experience ,,, That can close qwickly! These days,,,,Load of Travel etc... is easy and comfortable compared to back When,,,, but you still got to do your A homework,,,, and test prep,,,, it,s just easier to do on the plane,,,,,, Yet fully and always knowing somebody somewhere wants your Spot !!!! LOL and the Team is talking to the somebody LOL......

Wat I liked about the kid was his pregame preparation....kid know how to get ready for a game and how to keep himself in ready mode

you know what Jammer ! you got a point both Stevie and AO, have the goods,,,,,, But I too think they would have been Possible MD1 if they had the opprotunity to Play that Elit Natl ,inner circle ! yr. after yr. AO is smooth as Silk, Great balance in the air,,,,,, you name it,,,,,,, Stevie boy has that Push it push it game, can play hard or can Play soft..... Tough as Nails ,,,,,,,, I dont Know they both have great vision and calm under fire ! I wish Stevie would have Stuck to the fight game,,,,, He,d be Natl champ,,,,,gettn ready for OLY GAMES !

the kid is good but to compare them to steve and aaron is dumb. The kid would not score one point on steve nor aaron. This kids has a really good chance to be a better player then steve and aaron in the long run. i saw him play in hidalgo varsity tournment and the kid only had one good game out of 4 showed alot of hope. But i dont think he probably will be one of the best to come from the valley just from publicitiy he has already. I cant wait to go out and watch him next year. I hope he doesnt go to Sharyland high though .. he needs to go where there is talent like and edinburg high or a McAllen memorial

    BOBCAT:

Man I sure would LOVE to bet $ on that.Jesse is a good player,he could play on Varsity and Start Today *NO QUESTION* he is faster than those kids from Edin and just as strong,he doesnt shoot the ball as good but then he has a better game in transition, especially when attacking the goal. The boys from Edin are good High School Players,The Boy from Santa Rosa is the Best College Prospect and Jesse has the most potential out of any of them but their are some kids coming up right now that will be dang good prospects as well.Looks like some pretty good talent will be emerging very soon.Lets just hope that when they get to High School that the Coaches dont Overcoach, gotta let athletes play!!

Run Jesse w his Boy,s who know each others game backwards and forward ! LOL,,,,,,, TexasTitans2015,,,,,, and he,ll drop 25-35 on them almost effortlessly ! Now that sounds hard ,,,,, but that,s cause most folks are thinking Local 14u AAU or better yet ,,,,, Houston or Dallas AAU...... it,s not either.......... it,s a whole different Game !

Jesse is the real deal, should jump out next year and help carry this next crop of high school basketball players in the valley into the future. The Valley is losing a ton of big name players this season, Jesse will be one of the front runners to replace the Stevies and AOs of the valley, maybe even make them a distant memory.
