hey, the truth sometimes hurts, when you have the talent like sharland does, come on......look in the mirror and say whats the problem....is it the kids? is shary's coach good , no doubt, but good enough to get them to state?

No one reads this, tell any coach out their. They have better things to do than a media outlet. Ive heard it before, coaches have talked to me before. They dont pay attention to it at all. 956 sports may tell you that they do but in reality, its just to raise interest in the site. A little money will do.

Its kinda like the pros when they say they don't listen or read the media then all of a sudden a radio show gets a call from a coach or player to set the record straight remember Jimmy Johnson and his guarantee vs the Niners or that pitcher for the red sox can't remember his name.
Yeah right they don't read it, if they pull my other leg it plays jingle bells.

Congrats to Bryant Stites from McAllen Memorial for signing with UTPA. Very good kid and talent. Glad Pan Am is picking up some local Valley talent.

Eric Gutierrez signs letter of intent to play with Texas Tech. Great accomplishment!

Also learned that Tres Barrera will be staying at Sharyland to finish his High School career at Sharyland. Great news! Sharyland will only lose 1 player from this years 4th round team.

you are right, the valley should be a big player in texas high school baseball, same as in softball. when will we get out of the dormant state, thats the question. the valley should rule soccer and the diamond field.
