George Zimmerman's life expectancy
Charged with 2nd Degree murder.....
How long does he have to live?
If he's convicted he will get taken out in the prison system.
If he's found not guilty he will be hunted from every corner of the earth.
If he's found not guilty, will we have round 2 of the Rodney King Riots?Obama has a plan.....but you have to reelect him to find out what it is

If hes guilty they will probably keep him in solitary confinement for his protection.
If hes not guilty they will probably have him under the witness protection program.
I doubt there should be a repeat of the Rodney King Riots as in that case there was VIDEO EVIDENCE here there is no video evidence and it will be hard to find him guilty. Only 2 people know the WHOLE STORY on what happened that night.

He did bring on him self....he was given simple stand down instructions from the 911 operator that he chose to ignore....
I hope he gets an objective trial from his peers where the evidence presented either convicts him or exonerates him....
but make no mistake about it....he brought this on himself.....his choices put him in this position
just like our choices put us in positions as well...

One more thing....I disagree with the Second Degree Murder charge.....while I agree that he should be arrested based on everything we know to this point.....I dont think he was looking to go shoot a black kid.....it should be a manslaughter charge and it very well could end up that way after a jury trial.....

In Texas,
Murder is defined by intentionally or knowingly causing the death of another.
Manslaughter is defined by recklessly causes the death of another.
In Texas we do not have "Murder 2". I honestly dont even know what would be classified as Murder 2.
However, in my opinion Zimmerman did not knowingly or intentionally cause the death of Martin.
If this event were to have occured in Texas I thinkg Zimmerman would have received a medal.
No, on a serious note, if this were to have occured in Texas, I think Criminally Negligent Homicide would be the best charge. (if he were to be charged at all)
You see it is all about the mindset of the person.
Criminal negligence or is criminally negligent; with respect to circumstances surrounding his conduct or the result of his conduct when he ought to be aware of a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the circumstances exist or the result will occur.
Do I think he should have been charged, with the info that I've seen (and I admit that is not alot) No, I dont think he should have been charged.
I honestly think that the prosecutor gave in to public pressure. I mean why else would that be one of the first things out of her mouth?Last edited by TarponTrack/Football; 04-12-2012 at 02:49 PM.

Hate to admit it but i think youre right about her giving into the public pressure. I mean the only evidence they have is that he didnt listen to the operator but after that nobody knows the truth but Zimmerman and Trayvon... and sadly trayvon cant tell his side

I'm gonna take a page out of Jack McCoy's book and say:
If someone in Sanford, FL is killed, the producers and reporters who aired this mess should also face criminally negligent homicide (or the FL equivalent to it) as their actions have caused people to rile up. Those news people should have known that airing information in this manner may have caused;
with respect to circumstances surrounding his conduct or the result of his conduct when he ought to be aware of a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the circumstances exist or the result will occur.

you are hilarious....you comment can also be applied to Zimmerman....but no lets move on from him killing some black kid and instead focus on a invented killing of him......
yeah that makes alot of sense....
just a black kid anyway....plenty more to kill once he gets off..
