All wrestlers that attend this camp will be required to attend every session. Coach Penbrook or the Sharyland Staff will be staying with the wrestler’s and personally supervising all activities at the camp.
Things to bring
All wrestling gear: socks, workout shorts, t-shirt and towel.
** A clean set must be worn for each session.**
Soap, shampoo, Towel, Change of clothes
All medications need to be turned into the Coach at Check in.
