You folks that pay to watch this garbage don't even realize you're paying to watch 2 guys spar. They are both "fighting" to not lose the fight. Neither is trying to win. Only way I'd ever watch a fight again is if A. The loser gets NOTHING or B. The fight isn't over till someone gives up or is knocked out. Boxing is weak.

Saul "Canelo" Alvarez vs. Victor Ortiz on September 15th at MGM on SHOWTIME PPV. Should be a good one. The fight is gonna be on the same night of the scheduled Julio Ceasar Chavez Jr vs. Sergio Martinez HBO PPV.

Well, I geuss Chavez Jr. is betting to win his fight in El PAso vs Andy Lee first before facing Martinez, and Victor has got to get past Josesito Lopez whom is a tuff as nails kid out of Califas. Let's say for the sake of argument both do win their upcoming fights, IMO both get beat by Martinez and Alvarez, well at least Ortiz doesn't get KO'ed but Chavez Jr. get's dropped like a loaded pile of bricks by La Maravilla Martinez.
All things change but truth, and that truth alone, lives on forever.

Andy lee is no joke, hes a tough gritty fighter. If andy lee does do enough to win the fight, I hope the judges dont screw him, thats the last thing boxing needs as its probably on life support. Theres alot of intresting matchups, but id rather see canelo v. Ortiz than chavez v. Martinez. Martinez will dominate chavez

Fighters just need to not put it in the hands of the judges.

Dont think lee will be a cake.walk.for.chavez. And as far as canelo being the best of those four, id say sergio m is still the man amongst those boxers

That was a little intriging, but as far as freddys other fight amir kahn, he didnt test positive, it was his opponent who tested positive. As far as chavez jr goes last night, he looked very aggressive and is on the right path to creat his own legacy. He was the aggressor and the hunter after the second round. Andy lee should of kept up his jab to keep chavez away like the first round but got to.give credit.to chavez, for landing text book body and head combinations. He is a chip of the old block. Ofcourse from here on out the compitition will be stiffer for him. He was throwing nombs yesterday. It would be great to see canelo vs. chavez jr. first and the winner getting the maravia fight.

regardless if Chavez couldnt provide the urine sample before the fight he has to provide it after the fight.....Chavez is a good boxer....he just gets lazy and then gets in trouble with his weight....he has the power, has the chin, and it looks like his technique is getting better...

Totally agree with u guys on Chavez being the aggressive fighter that night and him being a good boxer, good chin, lazy, weight etc...but time and again he fails to provide specimen before and not sure where it says he provided one after with actual results..boxingscene.com..I like Chavez and Canelo but man u got to fight fair after all its boxing not figure skating. But like I said earlier he will soon meet Sergio and I hope he does play by the rules specimen and weight of gloves...I nor most of us dont have a problem with his weight after the weigh in because both fighters can if possible go up by 15 or 20 lbs..that's legit..its the other stuff...

There you go. History will repeat itself, just wait and see. I know canelo is fighting the same night in Vegas and it just worked out better for them to have the fight in Mexico for revenue means. They could of also fought here in another state but...oh well the more I see it its just all about him having the edge..
