What kind of coaches do you think Valdez or Garza were before some school, somewhere, gave them their very first opportunity to be hired as a HC.

I too, thought that it would be prudent to go with someone who has HC experience at first. But now that the Board has acted, it's a done deal.

Support your young HC and watch those Mercedes Tigers rally around him as they work toward success.
