Tanguma loses his cool and essentially loses the game for his team. The game was tied or 1 point difference, but then all hell broke loose as he erupts on the referee. He gets hit with a T and then he continues hand gesturing to the refs and he gets tossed outta there.
EE was scrappy all night just hanging around and even taking a 4 point lead into the fourth, but Mission just wasn't to be denied tonight.Mission Eagles----2009 32 AAAA District Champions!!!!! The EAGLE has taken off, YOUR TEAM must prepare for landing!!!

Tanguma Disrespectful!!!
While the National Anthem was playing in the gym, all you see and hear is this player talking and laughing, it was so bad someone had to look at him and told him to be quiet. I didnt know who he was until someone next to me told me it was him. Yeah He ws doing very well on the court, his conditioning was suspect but at the end he lost his cool and cost his team.

Give me a break, Tony. I'm so sure you and everyone else has always stood at attention during the national anthem. They're all just kids.
It's too bad he got tossed.

Houston WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!
You can have all the breaks you want houston, but the fact of the matter is you still have to respect the National Anthem! It is a 2min song if you can't stay quiet and respectful for 2mins, then yeah Ill give you a break because kids cant. Im not picking on him what so ever I am just saying what i saw. Our men and women are putting their lives on the line overseas, the least we can do as civilians and KIDS is respect them and our country!!

i saw tanguma getting hacked all night, actually they do not call alot of fouls for him all year, but when he was called for a charge shooting a shot in the air thats when i understand why he would lose his call, the guy can only take so much with basketball losing and how his college choice fits in and the most important thing school, remember he is a student athlete

P.S. Houston
Exactly He is s student Athlete and not an NBA player. He was acting as if he was a playing in the NBA. With all that whinning! First a student athlete is a student of the game and should not contest or argue with the officials. Before the game the refs get the captains and explains to them their rules and what they will tolerate. Tanguma was getting hacked but he was dishing it out too! But of course he wanted all the fouls to be counted for him like KObe and MJ without the skill. On that play you are talking about, he lowered his shoulder and head and bulled through the defender, that Houton is called a charge. If one thing is for sure officiating is an inexact science and that ref had a better view than you and I did. The refs did a good job all night but he just blew a gasket and it actually looked like he had thrown the ref the finger, trust me I had a great view! Coach Capello did nothing has Tanguma was exploding because he probably knew he couldnt stop him from acting out and Capello was limping so it was best he stay away from Tanguma's size and the size of his temper. I say he red shirts in D-I and then comes back to Pan Am. No disrespect but he is going from being the man to being a red shirt and I dont think he has the maturity for the next level.
